Get the KT7A mobo, the KT7 mobo has problems trying to run anywhere near 133mhz FSB but the KT7A can run as high as 150+ FSB.

There shouldn't be any problem running the fsb at 100MHz and the memory at 133MHz - have you checked to see whether your CAS settings need to be lowered (to CAS3), and whether disabling 4-way interleaving helps? The memory speed should be set to HOST CLK + PCI CLK by the way.

when i set it at host clock+pci clock it freezes under windows bootup. where can i find the CAS3 and CAS2 setting. and if i set the timing to less than turbo it freezes after mem count. I tought it should be the other way!!
i think i have tried all interleaving settings but withiout luck.

What Bios do you have? The UL bios has the timings backwards, where medium and fast were faster than turbo, or something to that effect. I run the WW bios and it solved that problem. You might want to try updating you bios.
