im running perfectly stable right now at 11.5 x 185, 2128mhz @ 1.725 volts (+.125). i tried to go to 2.22gig a little bit ago, i even jacked the voltage to 1.8. nothing. prime crashed after about 3 minutes. i havent done much tweaking to it yet, but it just seems weird. i guess tomorrow im going to try to lower the fsb tomorrow, and then take the multi up. but this is just odd. i mean, thats a lot of voltage, it should be fine. my idle temps with 1.8 volts were like 35 (with 25c case temps, its hot here now. ac sucks) so it shouldnt be a temp limit. im just frustrated...
anyone have any easy ideas that i might just be overlooking? thanks.
Have you tried a burn in? I know most people say that it wont help, nut it did for me...got me from 2400Mhz to 2505Mhz with a 36hr burn-in at 1.9v...my CPU is a 1.5v stock one, so it was quite a vcore raise.

i ran prime for about 2 days at this speed, and its been running seti for about 4 days in a row now. total burn in for this chip, not including games and stuff, it about 36 or so hours of prime, and over 30 blocks of seti (at about 3 hours, 45 minutes each). i guess i could go ahead and just raise the voltage to above what it needs (like 1.85 maybe), go to the 12 mult, then burn in. shouldnt the higher voltage increase the rate of electromigration, and speed up the burn in?
edit: actually, its probably more like 72 hours of prime, at least.
I'm currently having a similar issue with my 1800B (in sig). It has been running great at 2.1Ghz @ 1.50V (12.5x166) which was the limit for my previous memory stick so I picked up some corsair pc3000 to give me a bit more headroom and in order to run at 2.2Ghz it needs 1.60V (or more b/c stability testing still isn't done yet)
I think there is just a sweet spot for tbredB's around 2.1Ghz. I'm going to start a thread about this to gather more info.

In agreement here, Sweet spot is definetly 2100Mhz with the Xp1800+ TBred B - in my experiences anyway. Have it @2200Mhz at the min and she seems ok, temps a little high but its stable.
