Can't get Voltage settings past 1.8v on KA7-100 !!!!

My Athlon 650@825 can get into windows at 833, but locks loading the system tray. I know more voltage would take care of this, but Im already at 1.8 and the bios won't let me go anymore, yet in the manual it says it supports up to 2.0v!! Im running an Alpha heatsink with 2 Sunon fans for cooling, my fsb at 825 is 127mhz. 127*6.5
Is there come kind of trick I have to do?

Maybe you have to try some jumper settings first on your mobo, jumper free mode maybe doesn't allow the 2.0 V. I'm not familiure with this mobo, I have k7V. I assume you set voltage by mobo? You don't have a GFD do you?
