Hi, i'm not totaly new to overclcoking, but i can say i am to "burning-in".

I notice many say it works for both cpu and memory, but i'm not convinced that its the burning in itself that does the job. What if their components could reach those speed anyway ?

One article in particular that got me thinking is the one in anadtech from the Senior Design Engineer in the Enterprise Processor Division at Intel HERE (http://www.anandtech.com/guides/viewfaq.html?i=152)

So, is it worth it? Does anyone has proof it works ? If yes, what is the best way to do it ? (for cpu and memory).

thanks in advance :)
