Getting ready to add a Globalwin fop32-1
and copper shim to new t-bird 1.2.
does the arctic silver Only cover the core?
What about between the shim + heatsink?
or between the shim and ceramic processor?
are there any sites with pics + proper technics
showing the correct process?
I don't want to F*** this up so I am asking
for the advice of you more experienced

apply just a small amount to the center of the die arctic silver is conductive and is slightly dangerous to use in combination with a copper shim remember that with the pressure of the hsf it will be squeezed out to a micro thin layer so a little will go a long way

and without insulting your intelligence there are two types of copper shims yours will have cut outs for the resisters don't forget to remove the little foam feet ;D
