To cool down a system use:
ATX form factor case with the PB - 300-400 watts - horzontal orientation (not vertical) with primal intake from the downside. One additional fan to for outtake (under PB). And , of course a Super Orb or other GOOD fan.
This came through many efforts.
My temps are 21 C - system, 24-25 C CPU, 40 C max - full load.
