The title pretty much says it all. How do tell the difference between a blue core and green core t-bird. I hear that the blue core is the better one...
Why dont you look at the color ? .... No just kidding .
The blue has copperinterconnects and is easier to Oc .
Somebody else said this:
"If its a 1.1 its most definately blue, anything above 1ghz is blue because copper interconnects are almost mandatory to hit those speeds. Greens are austin fab sub 1ghz models ussually and blues are dresdens that are above 1ghz with copper interconnects. I wouldnt say you lucked out cuz they're all that way, getting a 850/900 for the ussual 850/900 prices thats blue is an alright deal though...you should be able to get at least 1.25 ghz out of that thing if its relatively recently built though...try the lower voltage thing too, it may work better...hell if your adventerous start that baby off at 9x133 if you've unlocked it, then go for 9.5x133...it should overclock pretty well"

When you said looked at the chip, I thought you were serious = ). Shows how much I know.
Anyway, is there anywhere I can go to see some pictures of the two different chips. I guess it's really too late already because I just ordered a 1.1gHz t-bird. = ) But I would like to see the differences between the two.
