maxijet or via aqua?

Would you guys suggest getting the via aqua 1300 or the maxijet 1200? I'm a nwebie at this with little money so i'm deciding between these two. The via is $21.99 at d-tek and the maxijet is $17.95. Which one is quieter and which one would last longer? Thanks.

I have a Maxi-jet 1200 and soo far its been great its really quiet and you cant beat the price. And Ive heard they are more reliable than a Via Aqua, thats why i got one.
