1.2GHz 266MHZ+DDR OC

My first OC (Athlon Classic 750MHz@880MHz) I managed to OC 17%. My goal this time is 18%, or 1416MHz. First is that delusinal with air cooling? Second are there any DDR mobo's out at that moment that will let me increase my space heaters multiplier and voltage? Don't think I'll get very much out of the FSB.

And are we expecting the KT266 anytime soon?
