Mines the same way. I got mine for $250 from Cyberguys, where I work. All unlocked, but I can't seem to get it to 1400.

but.. right now im running 9X145fsb=1306mhz..
if i play with the multiplayer like 9.5 or 10 it wont boot? gives odd boot error..
any ideas?

I have my 1.2 set to 10.5 and 133fsb,=1.4 stable as hell also ran it up to 11x133 but after a few hours she got screwey on me so i set her back to 10.5x133.Have done prime 95 for 6 hours temp hit 43c,

AMD must have changed there policy. I just bought a 1.2gig yesterday and guess what? It was locked no prob though I guess I will just have to break out that defroster repair kit again, done enough of these that I am starting to get good at it!
