Will this setup allow for a [email protected] OC???

I just wanna get 3.0ghz outta my 2.4c...would either of these setups allow that???

Zalman 7000-alcs
Antec Sonata or Antec SLK3700 with all case fans installed...
Asus P4C800-E Deluxe

secondly...what would be good 120mm fans to use?

I'd say that mobo/heatsink combo would definitely get you 3ghz. I don't know that much about the cases though, but I have heard decent reviews of the sonata, even though it doesn't have much room for fans.

Dude, all I have to say is you would get 3.2 Ghz+ with any of that setup....Get a Slk heatsink and a good fan and yuor all set.A very good fan to get is the tornado, and moves the most air but it very noisy. I got a 2.4B and I'm at 2.9 ghz at stock heatsink and fan...running at 53C load temps and 36 Idle..im waiting till I get better cooling so I can reach a higher fsb

Depending on your preference, get either the Zalman or the SLK900. Overall, I'd say that the Zalman would be a better choice. It does surprisingly well at a very low noise level.
