I got on a procomp mb an athlon 650 slot A water cooled. If i set the oc card on 800 it start to remake the bot many time without start the hardware check or millenium either. The temp is always before 29-30 C(i dont know about F).Does someone got a simply or cheap suggestion to keep cool the water going inside the tubes and then in the water bock??water temp is between 27-32 C.Could be this the problem of a so slow performance??
Thank you if you cn help me

sounds like your "card" is not letting you go higher

you take the core voltage higher also?

Ofcourse we can! Your problem is the level2 cache on your athon. Usualy it doesn't allow any more than 700MHz CPU speed (i.e. 350 MHz on l2 cache, depends on ns rating on your cache chips) on the standard 1/2x core speed. What you need to do is decrease your l2 cache multiplyer. You can use mathlon to do this, it is very simple. Set L2 cache in your bios to disable and boot up with a floppy made with mathlon 3.00 Beta1.
You can download it here:

This should raise your speed to somewhere near 900MHz with an L2 multiplyer of 2/5 or 1/3. I've got my 500 to 800 with 1/2 cache (Yes, this means 400MHz on L2, that's a LOT!), with 2/5 cache it even does 850 on 1.9V. Any more the core can't handle. Watercooled ofcourse. Your temps seem ok to me, but water somewhat high. What do you use as radiator?
If you have some questions, let me know. Succes with OC'ing, have fun!
