Dunno what to tell you. I just tweaked the system I'm building for my daughter a little last night and got the 3DMark 2000 score up to 6141. Here's some details:

MSI K7T Lite OEM mobo
T-Bird 800 @ 800 MHz
128MB Crucial CAS2 PC133 @ 133 MHz
Hercules 3D Prophet DDR-DIV @ 160/360

I'm running Windows 98 OEM, the 4.25a VIA 4-in-1 drivers, and the Hercules 6.35 drivers. My score drops noticeably in I use and later nVidia drivers.

All I can suggest is to try different drivers and O/C the card. With the 3D Prophet running at the default clocks, the 3DMark 2000 score drops to the low 5100 range.

at speeds of 133 and higher you can't run the momory at host clk + pci clk, plus I don't think theres any memory out there right now that could do that as it'd be running at least at 166MHz....

I'm getting 3DMark scores of around 6600 and Sandra mem scores of around 610 and 650... I'm not sure why yours are so low, try the different settings for the bank speeds as I've heard Turbo isn't always the fastest. Do you have 4-way bank interleave on? and the 4-way and 4-k stuff in the CPU section? Do you have the newest version of Sandra? If the system is stable it probably doesn't matter but you could try upping the VIO a bit...
