...looking for decent case cooling fans, so i thought what better place than this to ask what you guys sugegst?

Here is the case:

CHIEFTEC Server Chasis (Aluminum Workstation Tower with Plastic Front Cover)

Here is what it has to cool:
ABIT NF7-S nForce2 SPP

AMD ATHLON XP 2500 "Barton" 333 FSB (SLK-800U+TT Smart Case Fan II)

TwinMos Winbond ch-5 PC3200 2x256

Antec TP430 PSU

Budget to work with >$100

Since you said under $100 here I go:

SLK-900U
4 smart Fans

That should pretty much cover everything. You can throw one on your cpu and use the other 3 in various intake/outake setups to maximize performance which you will need to experiment with.

maybe a rheobus to go with that so you don't have to open the case everytime you want to adjust the fan speeds.

well since you said you have OVER 100 dollars (you used the "greater than" symbol), then i would go water cooling.
