the P4 people love OCZ. on AMD boards it's not that great. you're running a celly so OCZ shouldn't be all that bad.

no im building a new system
xp 2500+ 333fsb
abit nf7-s
My corsair 512mb 3200c2 does 212fsb @ 2-2-2-4 timings with vdimm at 2.8v.
Never used OCZ.. so I can only tell you what I have read around here.. which is very mixed. Some love it... some dont. Seems some poeple get sticks that cant do stock speed right, and some get a stick that is crazy good.
I like corsairs customer service and I think they are more consistent.

Interesting. I'm also noting this as well. I have Corsair XMS3200 C2 and I can't get a mhz over DDR400 on my P4 system. I also have Buffalo PC3700 that can do DDR430 so I know it's not my board or cpu. I can however get really tight timings with the corsairs (but I haven't really tried with the buffalos). I can do 2-3-2-5 stable, which suprised me.
Maybe OCZ is better for the newer P4 systems and Corsairs better for AMD systems.

the ocz top-of-the-range are top dog... but the 3200 region i think is owned by corsair
based on other peoples experiences :D
