How about the 650's ?
I found some of them for $60 and was thinking about
building a system with one of these if I could get close to 1 gig.

My 650 hits 1ghz no problem. I'm upgrading from pencil to defogger tomorrow so will post results. It would boot at 1100mhz, but not stable, probably need more cooling.

Did you see those shipping costs? $10.00+ seems
a little high for something the size of a box of matches. That's how they get their bottom line up near the people selling them for $7n.00. Still, it is almost appealing enough to get one to put next to the 600 Duron I have and compare benchmarks.
