View Full Version : Conductive paint, Silver pens????
I finally got the temps on my 1GHZ TB down to a normal level and not it's time to O/C. I really don't want to use a pencil to unlock it as I am looking for a smudge proof solution to unlocking it. I jave read a ton about the conductive paints and silver pens but noone ever says where you can get them. Please let me know so I can get this thing up to the 1200 or so MHZ that it should be at... :-) Thanks

ive heard just go to a local garage and buy a "defogger kit"
just found this
http://www.theoverclockingstore.co.uk/browseproducts.php?basket_session=86a772378cad0647 99c679a8347bfffb&categoryid=3
Thanks, I'll check it out. Wish me luck!!! 1200... HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just upgraded to the defogger kit and would recommend it highly. I used the head of a pin and dragged the epoxy over the line to complete it. I woul definitely recommend this over a pencil. My Duron 650 won't go past 1030 with any stability, but I need better cooling.
The pen's i'm not sure, the paint should be at any auto store,i got mine at NAPA for 7 $.Worked great. Get a Magnifiying glass to make it ez and use a toothpick.dont short the bridges.good luck
I'm on my way out the door now, thanks guys!!! I'll let ya know how the O/Cing goes. Thanks :-)
