Alright, Ive tried everything I can think of and scoured many a forum but cant figure this out. I just upgraded to an ATI 9500pro and Windows XP and now i can only get around 7fps with Nascar racing season 2003. Ive installed the newest drivers for everything, tried in opengl and D3d, moved my PCI cards around and taken them out. The game doesnt freeze up or anything, I can drive around...but at 7FPS.It was a clean install. Also, all my other games work fine except for this one. My specs are Epox 8kha+, Athlon XP 1800, 384MB 2100ddr, soundblaster Live!, ATI 9500 Pro 128MB. Anyone have any ideas?

It's gotta be a setting somewhere, just scan all the game/driver/adapter settings. Is that a DX9 game?
:p

Ok, I don't think this is an issue with my graphics card. I put in my old GeForce 2 which the game worked fine with and without all my other cards removed and there drivers removed and it still does the same thing. So, the only thing that has changed is windows xp.
The game is made by Papyrus and ive been on their boards for the past few days.
The only thing in the game that runs smooth is the opening movie, even the credits are choppy.
I ran 3dMark03 just fine with scores on average with other computers around my specs. Thanks for any advice.
