Another ?... color of core...

Just got my new 1.1 t-bird in the mail and I was looking at the core to see if I got a blue one...well, its more of a light purple color and it has "1999" on it. So does that mean that it wasnt fabbed in dreden? (which I heard was better for some reason)

My 1.2GHz Bird's core color is also closer to silver and purplish tone. It;s definitely not blue color. DOn't worry though. Most of the 1.1GHz and on are using copper connects so, there should be nothing to worry about.

Got a purple 1.1 also. It runs well though (had it up to 1360 at default voltage)
