Zalman CNPS7000-Cu on m/atx M7NCG?

Would this combination work? I have the motherboard already in my Coolermaster ATC620 I'd like to upgrade to the Barton 2500 333mhz or 2800 but i'd like to get something quieter than my current setup. I'm not sure if the CNPS7000 would fit.
Any ideas?
