problem with z-640's cant hear sound

alright guys im coming to you again for help....right now i have the z-640 set of 5.1 speakers and for some reason when i leave my computer on to download songs they will stop working none of the sounds from the computer can be heard.....and my only solution right now is to reinstall the driver......is there any other way of fixing this or anyone else have this problem cause its really friggin annoying since i am having to do it like every 2 days or so now.......please help anyone else have this problem or something similar..



what i was thinking is that it might be my cheap ass aopen sound card.... could that be it or is it something else:o

You know I had the same problem with my Philips Sonic Edge, but it was through Winamp. If I played a song and had any other song qued besides the next in line it would kill all sound. I didn't have to reinstall the drivers though a restart would fix it. My Audigy 2 dosen't have this problem.

yeah and my problem isnt just music its everything and now if wont work at all.....i think i might buy a new sound card and try that cause there is no sound whatsoever coming from my computer now........even after reinstalling the drivers.....its a big pain in the ass
