How bad is IC-7 sound really?

I'm in the process of setting up my new IC-7 system.

If I need to, I can take the SB Live from my old machine. I don't really want to though.

I guess I'm not that picky about sound. My SB live sounds just fine to me.

1. Is IC-7 sound substantially worse than SB Live?

2. If so, in what way?

since I just setted up my new watercooling, I can't use my M-Audio Revolution anymore so I'm just using the on-board sound and with the new drivers and all, it actually sounds much better than it did before.
