Thunderbird 900 - Question

I can't set my CPU's FSB over 100Mhz, I tried
105 x 9 = 945 system hang
101 x 9 = 109 Very unstable
but,
95 x 11 = 1045 stable
Is the FSB block???
My system is
FIC AZ11E, AMD Thunderbird 900, 256 PC133 RAM, Windows 98

First off, I've never used an FIC board, so I don't know this for sure. But with their reputation, it could be the bios, or just a bad board. See if there is a bios update. And check the FAQ's to see if anyone else with that board has had the problem. Good Luck.
