Wont POST @ 150+fsb

Did you just jump to 150 fsb, or did you build up to it?
You should build from 133 up in about 5MHz steps testing for stability and increasing voltages as needed.

Ignore obvious typos, lies, fabrications and any liquid nitrogen cooling.

Do you have the most recent bios? (June 11th, 2003)

In the bios > "Advanced chipset features" make sure you have "Memory frequency" set to "By SPD" (which uses the serial presence detect data on your memory module to set the speed) and set the AGP frequency to 66 (not Auto).

Does the Epox board have active cooling on the northbridge? If it does, is the fan spinning at an appropriate speed?

What is the JCLK jumper set to?
NC ==> 100/133
1-2 ==> 133/166
This would likely have some adverse affect on overclocking if it is set to the lower range.
