Someone made a thread earlier regarding problems installing cd-rws. Well I installed mine fine. It had been working for about a month, and just stopped. Power is on, just won't read discs. Device manager shows the drive, but says theres a registry error or incomplete registry.
I deleted it and tried reinstalling, didn't work. I bought a new cd-rw today, it didn't work either. Its strange because Windows and BIOS see the drive and its name (i.e. Samsung/Mitsumi) but discs won't read. Anyone have any ideas?
