I've searched some sites and I saw that AMD 700 was either equal or cheaper than 650. Why is this so ?? I am really curious. It's 50mhz more and is there a bad difference on 700 that's different from 650? Let me know because this is puzzling me.

Don't forget the difference between duron and thunderbird. It could be a difference between slot-A and socket-A cpu's, slot-A have higher production costs, that's why amd shifted to socket-A. And if this trend is continuing, let me know what shop you mean ;)

There is no diffence in the 650 and the 700 other than the obvious 50mhz. So dont sweat it!!!!! i cant explain why they cost the same maybe it has something to do with the supply and demand or some ****. well who cares just enjoy it!!!

If you're referring to the Duron chips....

The reason that the 700's are cheaper than the 650's and 600's is because AMD has ceased production on 600 and 650 Duron chips, the 700 is the base of the Duron line now. Hence, decreased supply on speeds slower than 700 and increased price. Why ask questions? just get whatever chip is at the sweet spot as far as prices go.
