Bios Flash

Hello, I've never done a bios flash before, i downloaded the latest bios and want to flash it. This is what the readme says

P4P800 Deluxe BIOS v.1008
BIOS update procedure

1.Don't use EZflash and Afudos to update v.1008
2.Download and unzip P4P81008.zip.
3.Copy all files into the floppy disk,or you might have problem with updating BIOS.
4.Boot the system into DOS prompt.
5.Simply execute "P4P81008.exe" file to update BIOS.
Do not shutdown and restart the system while updating the BIOS!

My question is using Windows XP how do I boot into DOS prompt?

use a boot floppy you can make one by inserting a blank floppy, goto My Computer, right click on the floppy and click format. At the bottom of the little window check make a msdos startup floppy.
