It could be your video card. Im not sure about that, but lock the PCI:AGP to the lowerst frequency (33:66 i believe). Or anything like that to 1:1.

Also, Prime was never the best stability test. The best stability test is just to keep your comp on and do stuff on it - of course its better if you fold or SETI. If it freezes once a day or in a few days, then its unstable. Anyway, i ran Prime for 5hrs once; then i turned it off and started browsing the internet - guess what? my comp froze in like 2 minutes. Didnt trust Prime as a stability test since.

prime95 is not the end all be all stability test.

yet I would not think that my computer is stable if it could not run prime95 for at least 24hrs.
after that I may loop 3dmark2001 for about 10 hrs.

everything works for me then.

You know, it could your windows install or Diablo II itself. Software has been known to cause crashes on several occasions.

Is this happening in other games or just Diablo 2? Have you tried switching to a different display mode, ie if you're using directdraw try direct3d. Also have you done what metra suggested?

what voltage are you giving the memory?

btw, your timmings may be a little too fast when OCing....
try 2.5,3,3,7 at 2.8vdimm and 3/2 ratio for testing.

now, OC it.
