the fooker will not overclock

Hi all

I have a 7ixe4 MB
with a amd TB 800

this mb will not let you set the cpu speed in the bios. But i did mess wit hthe dips switches on the board.. until the board picked the chip up as a 840 but windows just keeps bombing out or even somtimes i cant even get into windows with a protecen error..

Can anyone give me any tips here its driving me mad :(

Did you try to raise the voltage, if it lets you, or try a better heatsink and fan, if you have a crappy one

i brought a good fan for the point of overclocking

and there is no where to do the volage from what i can see
