my system config is:

-800mhz AMD Athlon T-Bird with GlobalWin Large Heatsink+Fan
-Microstar Kt7-Pro2-A
-256MB PC133 RAM
-ATI Radeon 32MB DDR

At 800mhz my system runs at 32-36 degrees celsius. What is the max stable temp i should run my chip at? Also, what would be the best way to overclock it? i tried using the fuzzylogic 3 software that came with my board, but i can only get it to do a FSB of 105mhz... should i unlock my chip and change the multiplier too? how hard is this to do? and where are some good tutorials? thanks to anyone that answers!

Hey there, the first thing you should is unlock your CPU with the old pencil trick or conductor pen, and don't overcross the lines, i did it with a 0.3mm pencil.
cause it took me about 4-5 tries and you can erase the lines with the white eraser. but i finaly got and it worked. i played around with the temps for about a week. I finally bought a SUPER ORB fan and two other stadard case fans and i'lm using one fan to suck the air and one to blow on the CPU. it seems fine now.
My temp is 40-47 and no lockups at all

try this setting 105x8.5
that should give you 1gig

i'm running a T-bird anthlon 850@1000
try keeping your case on the floor it's a little cooler on the floor about 2 deg
hope this helps
