I have seen this problem myself on a coupe of stock speed computers, and it sure makes you wonder. The only thing I can suggest is that you might try a different version of Prime95, and see if it works any better.

Ooch good job on getting a rheo for those smartfans, I only have one and it's a tad loud, got somewhat quieter after having it run for a few days strait but not much ( or is that my ears getting worse from having it run?? )

yeah, they can get pretty loud. My friend is running same case-cooling setup...first time we ran it, his old man asked him why he had a hairdryer running for hours at a time :D

Your new setup looks pretty slick! You've got some real nice choics for components there... Btw, you didn't mention a PSU. Whatever you do, don't skimp out on your PSU! ^^

my Vid. card sucks bad :D But it is not in as bad of shape as the rest of my comp so that perticular upgrade will have to wait a bit...plus all this new stuff gona set me back enough ...
the 5200 FX should last me an OK amount of time...dont have a clue what to upgrade to though....so many choices out there
P95 is a joke...
ITs way overrated as a Desktop pc stability program.
I never use it (anymore).
