ok first off you better get a better psu like a fortron/sparkle 400watt

secondly you have to bend of few capacitors to get that slk-900 on a nf7-s, but it could be done, or you could go with a slk-800


get 2x256mb of memory and run it dual channel, instead of 1 512mb stick



also are you forgetting video card, and hard drive



also, those fans can get pretty loud at full throttle, which if you arent going to use them at full throttle, why not just get lower db, lower cfm fan to begin with/?

Id go with an antec true 480w, and yes like fiji said get the dual 256mb sticks.
