Y-Adapter or manifold?

If you're gonna cool a CPU, GPU, and NB...

would a couple Y adapters do the trick? Is there any performance loss by using Y adapters (or too many?)

Or is a manifold more efficient?

A Y adapter will do fine. Or even better, a T adapter.

You dont want to do it that way, you want to run a serial setup. Pump>rad>CPU>GPU>NB>Pump no Y's.

Where would a res fit into that setup?

I personally like to run in parallel.

If you have a harborfreight near by check these beauties out. Thier aluminum, but thier anodized so corrosion wont be a factor.

Does anyone make a 2 or more way splitter with adjustable flow valves? I believe you can by attachements like these for garden hoses.
That way you could regulate the flow through through all the branches.
