PC FREEZE

I don't know but since 15 days when I don't touche to my pc
it freeze after 1 hour or 2max
but I can play 6 hours with no problems
I have put my old ghost image dated of 2 mont when my pc worked fine an dI have the same problem
plz help

geforce2 pro
and ASUS a7v under win98 Se

I used to have a similar problem under windows 98, whenever I ran a certain screen saver it would lock up. I don't know what made this happen, I think the screen saver was the dangerous creatures one. When it would freeze it was a deep freeze(i had to reset it), there were a couple of others that i noticed this with but can't remember whick ones they were. I would try shutting off the screen saver, the monitor off, the harddrive shut off, and the system stand-by options and leave it. See if that helps any. :-)
