$12.99 On sale @ B&M Kragen auto parts. Also online, EDIT: here is a free shipping code for Kragen.com (parts america)
FS21K
valid thru 7/31 (thanks to lex @ FW)
Also a $20 version is available, but the $12.99 mini looks like it can fit into smaller spaces because of external PSU.

I once bought a similar tool to the $12.99 unit(the case is the only thing that looks different). It was labeled as a "dremel imitation" and it looked small so I thought it could get in those smaller spots(comapred to my genuine dremel)... way wrong. It's a piece of junk. It couldn't reach the small spots. It was too weak and on the first day of using it, it broke. I think it overheated and the little "engine" just died.
The one for $19.99 doesn't look half-bad.

yeah, I wish the little one had specs to look at. Went to Kragen today, and they were out, but they were unpacking a new shipment of parts n such, but had not come across the $12.99 tool yet. I hope to go tomorrow, and when I get the specs, I will definitely post them.
I thank you for your input none-the-less.

You'll know it's the same cheap one I got if it says "No Load RPM Speed 12,000".;)
The small one would proly be good for polishing stuff i guess :p

Someone @ FW (http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/messageview.cfm?start=20&catid=18&threadid=200404) says that
I have this rotary tool and also a Dremmel.
Sure it's small and have one fixed rpm, but it does its job.
If you are going to do modding on a computer case, this will be more than enough.
Made a few cutouts in my aluminum case with it.
But, don't run it for more than 20 minutes continuously.
It kinda gets hot.
