Can someone tell me how to make the vcore up

sup guys anybody can tell me how to make the vcore up past 1.8v. Here are all my components:

Amd Athlon Classic 700@868
Abit Ka7 Main Board
Hercules GeForce 2 Gts
Sound Blaster 5.1
3com Network Adaptor
Quantum Fireball 9.1 g HDD

Anybody with some answer really appreciate it........

Seriously look for a bios update on that mother board.
