rebooting

I have 2 sticks of RAM and when I OC past 2.3 the system just reboots and loads windows and then reboots after about 2 to 3 mins...I was think it is the RAM (Infineon) (1x512,1x256) does anyone have any ideas??

whats your FSB, multiplier, vcore, vdimm, and ram timings? (if t(RCD) and t(RP) are different, please distinguish between them)

181,12.5,1.688 and timings are 3-3-3-6 according to cpuid

Your Vcore looks pretty low.

I was thinking that too....going to change that and try again tonight!
