will someone help me overclock my willy

okay u see the rig in my sig i wanna overclock it but

the only fsb settings are 100 that is default

well 105 is to low and 126 is to high, it crashes during loading windows i think its voltage what do u guys think

also i cant change the voltage through the bios

z cpu reads my core voltage as 3.008

im sure that must be wrong
