tbird 650...how high can you get one

I was going to buy one of the cheap 650's and do some testing. I have a good air cooler and a water block too.
Will a 650 go 6.5x133 or 6.5-140 with air cooling?
high percent of success?

how about 7x150 with water cooling?

Sorry for not finishing post..It will be on an Abit kt7a raid and 256 meg of crucial cas 2 memory.

How high? I dunno. I've toilet papered some pretty high trees, but you have to have strong arms to really get it high. Plus, it doesn't weigh too much. I'd get Slot A....maybe you can boomerang it up higher.
