multiplier & f.s.b. relationship..please help!!

I was under the impersion that when you changed the multiplier that it did not affect the f.s.b.,only when you up'd the f.s.b. did you increase the agp/pci clock.
well I went to 11x100 and my agp went to 183mhz and my pci went to 91.5,that seem's just to fricken high!
so I went back to default(900)x112 and my agp was 74mhz and pci was 37.0.

I can run stable at defaultx112 but at 11x100 system will boot up but will crask in 3d2000 test....what do you guy's think

any ideas what this might be?I am having trouble with the L1's,I have closed them 3 times with the autozone trick and well it just doesnot seem to be working right..I know it will because alot of people have done it here on this site.Does anyone know where I can get a conductive pen online?also is the globalwin fop38 much better than the fop32-1 that I have now,Iam trying to drop onother 4-5 deg.F.........as always thank's for your input,this site is awsome!!!

RE: the fop 38 vs fop 32...

I have just replaced the fop 32 fan on my hsf with a delta balck label 38cfm so now it is a fop 38

I went down about 7c idle and about 4c under heavy load. . Making this change will get you a few degrees cooler.. but 1 caveat.. this baby is quite noisy, not so much loud, but annoying as all hell- kinda whisltes( gives me flashbacks of the dentist's drill ouch!)

I am waiting for a differnt heatsink to arrive so can see if I can get away with using the quieter fan.
