Having received various answers regarding the max running temp of a TB 1200 I finally emailed AMD´s tech department at euro.cpu@amd.com
What I asked...
I have just bought a PC with an AMD 1200 MHz and a A7V Asus
MotherBooard. The processor is running at 55c and it is not overclocked.
It only has a heatsink and fan. No other fans taking in or out air.
Is this temperature normal?
What is "safe"?
Please help.

Answer...
Dear Customer,

The maximum working temperature is around 90C.
The recommended working temperature is "the lower the better" after all
the temperature is influenced by two variables: outside temperature and task you are executing.
