8rda+ Networking Adaptor

Ok Just got my computer up and running and when I boot I get the New Hardware Found wizard, for my NVIDIA -nforce MCP Networking Adaptor. I was only given one disk with my 8rda+ and it says the data is Invalid, how can I get my adaptor working so I can Get on the net?

Just download the driver at epox.com.

The Unified Driver dosent help

Ensure that the windows installation is a fresh one made specifically for this mainboard installation, install drivers from CD and then install servie pack.

windows xp disk came with SP1 and yes this was a fresh new install, but it still says my data is invalid
