Unfortunately, the site you listed does not provide information of the STEPPING of the processor, only the part number.
If you can speak to anyone and get them to look at the stepping code on the chip here are the known stepping codes in descending order (you want one near the top of the list)
AQXEA > AQXDA > AQUCA > AIUAA
Comparing the price, that is very close to the price here in the U.S. (newegg.com wants about $132cdn without any duties or taxes, so $142cdn is reasonable).

Graphic67, where's the AQXCA on that list of preferred steppings? LOL.
The AQXCA is the same stepping found on all but one Athlon XP 3200+ review as linked by NeoSeeker.com. 2500+s have been sold with this stepping as well (in fact I'm getting one this weekend)
Any info on that stepping (AQXCA) in relation to the others (namely AQUCA)?
Peace

Stiffler69, I shop at NCIX frequently.
find out which steppings you want to get then just ask them to show you the package before you buy it.
If you are ordering from the site , online. just post the message in their forum and ask them which stepping they are selling.

Sorry about the missing stepping. My list did not have that particular one... Judging by AMD's track record on the T-bred, every new stepping has been just a little better than the last, so I would expect the AQXCA to be just a little better than the AQUCA, but not quite as good as the AQXDA. This is just a guess.
