Hi

I'm pretty, no sorry, very new to overclocking. I have a Athlon T.Bird 850 on a KT 7A motherboard and a Athlon classic 550 on a SD11 motherboard. so far I have altered the multiplier of the T.Bird to get it to 1000mhz and the 550 is not running.

My temp is at about 35 deg C. normally and 41 maximum. But any higher on the multiplier and I get crashes during windows or failure to boot up.

I have the Global win FOP 38 cooler and 2 YS Tech case fans. Also 512 mb of RAM.

Any comments or tips would very apprediated.

I'm really just saying hi to everybody.

Chris

Hello Chris and welcome aboard.

You need to split off the two processors. Are you saying the T-bird works okay at 1000 and the Classic Athlon doesn't at 550 or that both don't work at their current settings? Cooling setup looks adequate.
