closing L1 bridges

I know if I close the bridges, and set the multiplier it will boot to what it is set for, but since I have no multiplier adjustments ( FSB and voltage only) how would my system know to boot as a 650?

Nevermind guys!!....I found a link that answered my question in a dusty cobweb filled corner of my original overclocking files.
