Speed tweaks?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to optimize ones internet settings via tweaks or anything else. I'm fine as it is, but a little more is always better.

If your talking about page download time you might try searching for Supertrick. It blocks ads (you can configure it) effectivly helping page load time. Its not a program, it just adds some things to an existing windows file.
