I have double checked everything and i must just be getting burned out on this but i have not been able to change the multiple out of the 7.0-7.5 range I can get the multiplier to around 109-110 with the dram at 140 + but i cant seem to get the multiplier out of the 7x range......???

Could the L1 bridges not be perfect???
Used conductive pen and a needle ...

next problem is i cant get past 1.6-1.65 on voltage ??

I dont know if it might be a problem with the board or my system in general

Hi. For one, are you using jumper or jumperless? The only way to go on the a7v is jumper mode. You got to get your hands dirty to have a stable rig. You should have no problem upping the voltage to the max by moving all of the 4 jumpers to the opposite side (page 24, i believe). You must also set the jumper mode on the board, page 18.
With a Duron 700, you should be able to set 103x9.5 to get 978 out of it with decent cooling. You may also have to up the VIO voltage to get stable, not a big deal.
If you used a conductive pen (my recommendation), you should have no problems if the bridges look good.
You will have nothing but grief unless you use the jumpers.

Let us know....

A7V Bios 1006
Duron 700 @ 978
Duron 800 @ 1035
Radeon 64M DDR
