which one is better for overclocking?
i could choose in the shop between these 2
they still have many, what do i have to look for?

It's sort of voodoo. Some people really believe that the codes make a lot of difference, but I think it's more just splitting hairs. Both those two CPUs are made in Malay with about the same pack date. The 2.6C is a week 10 and the 2.8C is a week 9. On average they will probably get about the same max CPU clock speed. The 2.8C might be a little higher, but the 2.6C will have a higher FSB which will almost make up the difference. Ok, now it boils down to price and what RAM you plan on using.
