Im a begginer at overclocking. I was tryin to learn how to build a air-cooled peltier chip, but seem a bit confuse. I seen the neo foam touchin the on board the cpu 2 prevent condenstion. I was wondering is it safe to do that, or will the foam melt n burn my cpu.
