Read the manual. 133 FSB the stock setting for your Bird.

266 is basically 133. AMD uses a technique that utilizes the positive and negative flank of the pulse to transmit data. In AMD's marketing hype this has been labeled as 200 or 266 MHz, while the respective FSB is really only half of that. So if you can reach 155, you will actually running you chip in AMD speak at 310

unfortunately, if you have the kt7-raid, and not the kt7A-raid, you won't be able to run that chip at the 266Mhz DDR. The kt133 chipset, which the kt7 is based on, can't support a fsb over about 230Mhz DDR(115 SDR). If you want to run at the full 266 DDR, you'll have to buy a different mobo that supports it.

although you can still run the chip on your kt7, just at a lower fsb.
